Once you are accepted into our Program and complete the Five Day Training and Orientation Program, you will immediately be placed in a Teaching or Administrative Position and be paid a minimum monthly salary of 4,000 rmb.

If you have a College or University Degree your minimum salary will be 5,000.

With experience and certifications, your salary may be as high as 8,000.

With a Degree in “critical” subjects such as math and science, we can probably place you at an upper level High School or University Position with a salary in the 8,000 to 10,000 range.

We can tell you your approximate salary level upon reviewing your application.  Your final salary is determined upon the Completion of the Training/Orientation (and the optional TEFL/TESOL Certification) in Qingdao, but the minimum salary is 4,000 rmb and it begins immediately.

Your salary is in addition to your Free Accommations and Food so your life in China will be reasonably comfortable.
