Country Manager	Professor Gao is currently teaching English at Ocean University of China in Qingdao.  He joined ACER as Country Manager from other international teacher recruitment organizations, where he served as general in-country coordinator.  In 1997, Jeff obtained his Master’s Degree in Linguistics at University of Nottingham, UK.  Being a native Chinese, Jeff has been teaching English at tertiary level for 19 years, and has debeloped an exptertise in dealing with cross cultural issues, with a focus on helping westerners smoothly land in such a mysterious country without being shocked too much.
Program Manager	Miss Linda Zhang, a young and energetic Chinese girl, is always willing to serve her homeland by promoting English teaching programs in China.  She believes China can achieve much better by placing more emphasis on English Education, esp.  when English is taught by a native English speaker.  Linda was conferred MSc. in Marine Biology at Ocean University of China, in 2007.  She is ready to offer help and service that you may require to ensure your stay in China a memorable experience.
Assistant	Miss Ada Tang is an active girl who likes outdoor activities such as mountain climbing and playing badminton. As an English major, she is very happy finding a job which offers her a good chance to give full play to what she has learned in university and her enthusiasm and diligence.  She is ready to help you to experience an unforgettable life in China.
Assistant	Miss Minnie Mi is a peculiar girl who integrates motion and quietness.  The impulse of motion comes from the temptation of beautiful scenery and the depth of reflection that originates from the expansion of vision. Accordingly, she is on fire for travelling and reading.  As an English major, she enjoys interacting with people from different countries with what she has learned at the university with her international friends and society.
Business Manager	Lingfeng is the Managing Director in ACER.  He has the experience to develop university cooperation among several European and Chinese institutes, and worked in diverse industries with the special focus on IT and high-tech business.  He is adept in consulting and communicating in the intercultural context and speaks fluently in English as a native Chinese.  He received the Master and Bachelor’s Degree in Media Technology at Aalborg University, Denmark and has lived in Europe for 6 years, which helps him comprehend the culture difference and better work in bilateral affairs.
Program Administrator	Miss Nancy Liu is a software engineer in ACER.  She received her Master degree in Computer Software and Theory at Qingdao University of China, in 2007.  With many years Website programming experience, strong learning ability and high degree of enthusiasm for the job, She want to provide a more reasonable, more Humanized, more stable website to help you to make a suitable choice.
Program Administrator	With outgoing, active character, strong ability to adjust to new environment and strong time sense. Chris graduated with her degree of  Computer Science,  and has three years experience in website design and site management. She also with strong ability to accept new knowledge and cooperation with others. Her greatest wish is to make more excellent and professional websites, and make everybody like and remember them at first sight.
